Thank you for purchasing an Opdo Limited ‘Light Operated Mouse and Keyboard’ (LOMAK). Your LOMAK has been inspected and tested and is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original owner.

For the warranty to be valid all purchases must be registered with Opdo Limited, either through completion of the warranty registration online at:

You will also need to retain your receipt as evidence of the original date of purchase.

If your LOMAK fails to operate satisfactorily, please contact Opdo Limited by email (service@opdo.com) or fax (+64 9 3777889) to report the nature of the problem. We will then correspond with you to arrange the fastest practicable method of adjustment, repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the problem and your location. Note that you may be required to return the LOMAK to Opdo Limited and this will be at your expense. Our aim is to get you back on your computer as quickly as possible.


Please note that your LOMAK contains no user serviceable parts.

This warranty becomes invalid if:

  • The product has been tampered with, misused, abused, incorrectly connected to your computer, or has been subjected to power surges.
  • Repairs, alterations or modifications to the product have been undertaken or attempted by an unauthorised person.
  • Damage has been caused by improper use, negligence or an accident.
  • The product is not returned to us or an approved retailer on our request and at the purchaser’s expense.
  • You are unable to produce evidence of the date of purchase of your product.

During the warranty period, Opdo Limited will replace (or repair at our discretion) without charge to the original owner, any part that is defective due to a manufacturing fault. Opdo Limited reserves the right to substitute components of equal or better quality for the particular items being replaced or repaired if an identical part is not available at the time of replacement or repair. There will be no extensions to the original warranty period for any product that has been repaired or replaced.

This warranty is in addition to any rights conferred on a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand only) or any other rights provided under applicable legislation.
